By using our website, services, or booking a session with Get Right Media, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
1. Services Provided
Get Right Media offers a variety of creative services, including but not limited to:
- Event Headshots
- Portrait Photography
- Commercial Video Production
- Studio Rentals for Photography and Videography
- Custom Photography and Videography Solutions
- Commercial Photography and Videography Solutions
- Event Photography and Videography
- Digital Marketing and Graphic Design
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any services without prior notice.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
Booking
We use your information for the following purposes:
Clients must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
- • A confirmation email with session details will be sent upon successful booking.
Deposits/Retainers
• A deposit or retainer fee is required to secure your date and time. Once secured, we decline all other potential bookings for that slot.
- All deposits/retainers are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may incur additional charges.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid fees.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for refunds.
Payments
Full payment is required prior to the session unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, or other specified methods at the time of booking.
Late Payments
Payments not made by the due date may incur a late fee. Invoices overdue by 30 days may be referred to collections.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
Provide Accurate Information: Ensure all booking and session details are correct and up-to-date.
- Respect Our Property and Equipment: Any damage caused to our equipment, studio, or facilities may result in additional charges.
- Conduct: Maintain professionalism and respectful behavior during all interactions with our team.
- Permissions: Obtain any necessary permissions, such as location permits or model releases, before the session.
4. Intellectual Property

All content created by Get Right Media, including but not limited to photos, videos, and other media, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Get Right Media.
Usage Rights
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes. Any additional usage outside the agreement requires prior written consent.
5. Delivery of Work
Timeline: Deliverables will be provided as outlined in the agreement, typically within 1-2 weeks of the session, depending on the project scope.
Format: Final products will be delivered in digital format unless otherwise agreed.
Revisions: A limited number of revisions are included with your project. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal information shared with Get Right Media will be used solely for service delivery purposes and will remain confidential.

7. Satisfaction Commitment
We are committed to delivering exceptional results and ensuring client satisfaction. While deposits/retainers are non-refundable, we will work diligently to address concerns and make reasonable adjustments as needed, in agreement with management, to ensure a positive experience.
8. Limitation of Liability
Get Right Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services rendered.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failures, or government restrictions.
10. Modifications to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nevada, where Get Right Media operates. Disputes arising from our services will be resolved through arbitration or in a court of law within the applicable jurisdiction.
